Running a campaign costs money, and running 28 excellent candidate costs a significant amount of money.

We are lucky enough to have two awesome fundraisers on over the next week.

On Saturday, August the 2nd, our candidate Peter Elliott and the band Unsung Heroes are bringing a fantastic experience of music and storytelling at TAPAC. There will be some light food available, drinks at the bar, and guaranteed good times!

On Wednesday the 6th, join us for “Rule Breakers”, a film based on a true story of the courageous pioneer and robotics coach Roya Mahboob and the Afghan Dreamers, an all-female robotics team, who defy expectations, rules and the Taliban to share their vision on an international stage.

The film starts at 6.30pm with introductions at 6.15pm so come early to mingle and make sure you stay for the Q&A at the end led by Raihana, a former judge from Afghanistan and a speaker from local STEM.
