    Mark Graham

    Mark Graham is a business owner, community advocate and New Zealand Olympian. He is an active community volunteer in ecological groups and has led community campaigns to save the Western Springs Pōhutukawa and for safer speeds in Point Chevalier. He aims to harness the potential of the Trusts model to prevent social harm caused by alcohol dependency and to promote social good through investing in communities. Mark lives in Waterview.

  • Heather Ruru

    Heather Ruru

    Heather Ruru brings a wealth of experience in governance, policy and kaupapa Māori leadership. She serves as chair of Playcentre Aotearoa and a member of the MOTAT board, and has worked in local government, education, cultural heritage and environmental sustainability. As Trustee, she offers integrity, strategic thinking and a deep commitment to whānau and grassroots development. She will advocate for kaupapa-driven, accountable decisions that reflect the aspirations of our communities. Heather lives in Avondale.

  • Margi Watson

    Margi Watson

    Margi Watson has been a trustee of the Portage Licensing Trust since 2016, and is a current commercial director of West Auckland Trust Services. She is a strong community advocate and has extensive governance experience, including on the Trust, as deputy chair of Albert-Eden Local Board, on school boards and on the Auckland Light Rail Establishment Unit board. She has a strong commitment to the licensing trusts model and her priorities are to protect the community from alcohol harm, manage the commercial business responsibly, and use the Trust’s funds to support the community. Margi lives in Waterview.
