Auckland Council has released elected members' attendance for the term and City Vision is proud that Albert-Eden-Puketāpapa Councillor Julie Fairey has recorded 93.9% attendance.

“I take seriously the responsibility to serve the people of Auckland. It’s a privilege to be trusted by the people of Albert-Eden-Puketāpapa and I’m seeking re-election to continue making positive changes to build a future-focused city,” Julie says.

Julie is one of only three councillors to attend workshops for more than 90% of their duration.

“Attending workshops is important as council staff provide critical information for decision-making on key issues affecting our city. Not turning up to workshops shows a lack of respect for staff time, ratepayer money, and leads to uninformed debate at the council table,” Julie says.

Julie is standing for re-election this October and is joined by Jon Turner for the second Albert-Eden-Puketāpapa Councillor seat.
