A vote for Pippa Coom is a vote for experience and a fresh voice on Auckland Council.
As your councillor, I’ll bring a nine-year record of getting things done on the Waitematā Local Board, which I currently serve as Chair. Under my leadership, the Board has built a reputation for being effective, approachable and brave.
I stand with the community on positive progress for Auckland; on cleaning up our waterways and harbours, taking action on climate change, investment in safe, accessible transport options, retaining strategic assets in public ownership, and giving communities a real say in the decisions that affect them.
I’ll work hard for strong Local Boards and to ensure Council is accountable, efficient, open and inclusive of everyone, and that our rates are spent wisely.
Representing the people of central Auckland and the Gulf Islands is a seven days a week commitment and I’m 100% up for it.
