As a self-employed researcher and genealogist resident in Mount Albert, I have long been an energetic watchdog of the Council, closely monitoring plans and policies for their impact on local communities.  A tireless community activist attuned to the needs and desires of our communities, I have worked for many years with local neighbourhood and environmental groups such as the Point Chevalier Community Committee, Friends of Oakley Creek and Mount Albert Residents Association.

Following 18 years service on Community Board and Council, I have represented Owairaka on the Albert-Eden Local Board since 2010.  My significant achievements this term include the Point Chevalier village plaza upgrade, Mount Albert station footbridge and more area-wide traffic calming.

The City Vision Team support Chamberlain Park continuing to be the home of public golf while bringing in new activities and restoring Meola Creek.
