I’m a psychotherapist with 20 years clinical experience including 10 years working for DHB mental health services in Auckland.

For the last four years I’ve written a regular mental health column for the NZ Herald, as well as co-hosting the mental health show “The Nutter’s Club” on NewstalkZB.

I will bring to the ADHB a proven track record of advocating for improved access to mental health care, including initiating the People’s Mental Health Review which directly led to the Government Inquiry into Mental Health and Addictions.

Currently, I am Chair of the Board of the Key to Life Charitable Trust, which is the charity behind the work of Mike King, and his recent “Gumboot Friday” youth mental health fundraising campaign.

I am also on the Board of Trustees of my family’s local school, Balmoral School.

Vote for me and the City Vision Health team using numbers 1-7.
