Auckland Heritage Festival is underway until 8 October on the theme of Peace, Love and Protest. On Monday, Local Board member Richard Northey will be leading a guided tour of the Auckland Peace Heritage Walk which marks key events in Aucklanders' anti-nuclear weapons and other protest activities, from the Rainbow Warrior to the famous Visual Artists Against Nuclear Arms Murals at the corner of Karangahape and Ponsonby roads.![]()
